Central Greene School District Application and Clearance Information

 

Clearance Instructions

Below are the directions for obtaining your clearances.
Please contact Ms. Barb Moore (bmoore@cgsd.org) or Mrs. Jessica Badila (jbadila@cgsd.org) with any questions or if you need assistance.

Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check

This clearance is completed through the PA State Police.

  • Complete all requested information online.

  • Your clearance will be available immediately to print.

  • Important: Save or print the document when you open it — you will not be able to access it again once viewed.

PA Child Abuse Clearance

This clearance is completed through the Department of Human Services (Child Welfare Information Solution).

  • Complete and submit the required information online.

  • You will receive an email when your clearance is ready.

  • Be sure to save or print it immediately, as you may not be able to return later to access it.

FBI Fingerprinting Clearance

This clearance is completed through the FBI via IdentoGO.

  • Complete the registration online.

  • Apply through the Department of Education using Service Code: 1KG6XN (Employment).

  • Print your registration confirmation.

  • The local fingerprinting location is typically the Flenniken Library in Carmichaels (confirm during registration).

Required Identification for Fingerprinting

You must bring one acceptable form of photo identification to your appointment. Examples include:

  • Driver’s license or state ID

  • U.S. passport or military ID

  • Permanent resident card

  • Employment authorization card with photo

  • Other government-issued photo identification
