Mrs. Winters implemented the Teen Parent Program in 1986 and the Penn SERVE/Service Learning Program in 1992.
She currently teaches Child Development and oversees the Child Development Lab experience that operates in collaboration with Community Action SouthWest Pre-K class at WCHS.  She also teaches the 9th grade Intro to Family and Consumer Science, one Elementary Tutoring class and one Penn SERVE II class.     
She also is a member of the Student Assistance Team.
